Rigid Body Kinematics: Speed of Bar End Using IC Method

Bar $AB$ ( $L = 1.2\,\mathrm{m}$ ) has pin $A$ on the vertical wall (moving vertically) and pin $B$ on the floor (moving horizontally). The bar makes $60°$ with the horizontal. Point $A$ has speed $v_A = 3\,\mathrm{m/s}$ upward. Using the IC method, find the angular velocity of the bar and the speed of point $B$ .
