Rigid Body Kinetics: Acceleration of Block on Rolling Cylinder

A block (mass $m_1 = 5\,\mathrm{kg}$ ) rests on top of a solid cylinder (mass $m_2 = 4\,\mathrm{kg}$ , radius $r = 0.15\,\mathrm{m}$ , $I_G = \tfrac{1}{2}m_2r^2$ ) which rolls without slipping on a horizontal floor. An applied force $P = 30\,\mathrm{N}$ acts horizontally on the block. Find the acceleration of the block.
